Paid search and social, pointed at revenue.

VectorAds runs Google, Microsoft, and Meta ads for businesses that depend on leads. We start by making sure the conversions you count are real ones, so the algorithms go after actual customers and stop chasing spam forms and pocket dials.

Why this process matters Example week
  1. Form “test test”, qwerty@qwerty.com Spam
  2. Call 0:06, hung up Accidental
  3. Form Kitchen remodel estimate Qualified
  4. Form “We can get you to #1 on Google” Solicitation
  5. Call 7:41, booked a consult Qualified
  6. Form 11 submits in 40 seconds Bot
6 conversions counted, 2 real leads Google bids toward all six.

Bad conversions cost you twice.

You pay for the click, and then Google counts the junk as a win and goes looking for more people just like it.

  • Spam and bot form fills

Fake names, keyboard-mash emails, and bot submissions fire your conversion tag the same way a real lead does. Google has no way of knowing the difference.

  • Accidental and short calls

Someone bumps your call ad, the phone rings for four seconds, and they hang up. Unless you've set a minimum call length, Google still counts that as a conversion.

  • Leads that never go anywhere

Sales pitches, people asking for a service you don't offer, and tire-kickers all get the same credit as the customer who actually signed.

Why VectorAds?

In math, a vector is made of two things, a magnitude and a direction. Good paid media works the same way.

Magnitude

This is the experience behind your campaigns. Years of paid search work go into how your bids are set, where your budget goes, and who ends up seeing your ads.

Direction

This is where all of that effort gets aimed. Offline conversions tell Google and Meta which clicks turned into qualified leads and paying customers, so the algorithms learn to find more of those people instead of more form fills.

Get both working for your business, and your revenue has every reason to head up.

How we get you in the right direction

Here's the rule I go by. If a conversion is getting sent to Google or Meta, it should be one you'd happily pay for again.

  1. Audit what you're counting

Go through every conversion action, tag, and import in the account, and flag anything that's double-counting or teaching bidding the wrong thing.

  2. Filter the junk at the source

Put spam protection on your forms and set a minimum call length. Then sort out which actions should drive bidding and which ones are only there for reporting.

  3. Send back what actually qualified

Save the click ID (GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID) with every lead. When a lead qualifies in your CRM or lead sheet, send that result back to Google as an offline conversion.

  4. Bid toward value, not volume

Once the data is clean, give each lead stage a value. Smart Bidding will then push harder for the kinds of leads that usually turn into revenue.

What VectorAds handles

We handle your paid search and social day to day, from the first build all the way through optimization and monthly reporting.

  • Paid search management

Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including account structure, keywords and search terms, Smart Bidding, Performance Max, and budget pacing.

  • Paid social and video

Meta, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns aimed at the people who actually buy, using the same qualified-lead data that powers your search campaigns.

  • Conversion tracking and offline conversions

Tagging that's set up right, spam and short calls filtered out, and qualified leads from your CRM sent back to the ad platforms.

  • Reporting tied to revenue

Reports that start with which campaigns brought in customers. Clicks and form fills are still in there, but they aren't the headline.

Who is VectorAds?

Matt Richardson

Fractional paid media director

9+ years running paid media for lead-gen businesses in B2B SaaS, B2C insurance, and B2C home services, with yearly budgets over $10M.

LinkedIn profile

VectorAds is the name I put on the way I run paid media. In nine years and a lot of different industries, one thing has held true everywhere: junk lead conversions get expensive fast.

These days I'm Director of Paid Media at a performance marketing agency, where I run Google, Microsoft, and Meta for every client, from strategy through the day-to-day work. Before that, I led a global paid search team where we moved bidding off raw form fills toward pipeline outcomes.

Everything on this page is how I actually run accounts. Here's what that's produced so far.

28% lower cost per SQL
in B2B SaaS, after shifting to pipeline-based bidding
MQL-to-SAL rate up from 27% to 48%
more leads accepted by sales after restructuring campaigns
$1M+ saved per year
in B2C insurance, by focusing spend on high-intent searches while growing lead volume
